Fertility Awareness Method Using Daysy Fertility Tracker | Review + Discount Code

Disclaimer: This is not a sponsored post, however I received Daysy in order to share my opinion. All reviews and opinions in this post are based on my personal view.

Initially, I was reluctant to share this post but I know this information could benefit many individuals looking for alternative options. For years, I hesitated on making this decision, but since embarking on my health journey and lifestyle changes. It was the right time for me.

A little disclaimer, I am not a doctor and this is just my personal experience. I cannot tell you what is best for you or your body, I am simply sharing my personal experience. I would also like to mention that I am not against birth control, in fact, I know many individuals like myself use(d) birth control for various reasons.

After 8+ years on birth control, and 5 years since my Endometriosis diagnosis. Getting off birth control was best for my body and health. This was a change I knew would help me to understand and make the right decisions for my body. I didn’t realize it until recently, but how can I understand my cycle if it’s being controlled by synthetic hormones?
I’ve never had a “normal” cycle, some times I wouldn’t have a cycle for months. Since using Daysy Fertility Tracker, I feel more comfortable with my body and have a better understanding of my cycle. I’ve spent years researching alternative options and Daysy has always been one of my top choices. I have officially been using Daysy for 3 months and I can honestly say, I love it!

What is Daysy Fertility Tracker?

Daysy Fertility Tracker is an intelligent fertility tracker that learns your menstrual cycle during the learning phase. Daysy informs you of your fertile and infertile window, and calculates your fertile window by measuring your basal body temperature. When you are in your fertile phase, you can plan a pregnancy or not.

Your fertility status will be displayed by either a red (fertile/possibly fertile) or green (not fertile) light.

My Morning Routine Using Daysy

I set an alarm to wake me up every morning at 7am to measure my Basal Body Temperature (BBT). I always keep my Daysy next to my bedside, so it’s easily accesible and I don’t have to get out of bed to measure. Once my alarm goes off, I remove the cap press the activation button, and place it under the left side of my tongue. It typically takes about 60 seconds to measure. It’s pretty simple and a part of my morning routine. One important thing to remember when using this method is to ALWAYS measure your temperature prior to getting out bed. Your temperature is affected once you get out of bed.

Reasons I love using Daysy:
  • 100% natural – no synthetic hormones
  • Easy to use // simply check your basal body temperature under your tongue at the same time every morning
  • Accuracy // Once Daysy learns your cycle (learning phase), you can rely on Daysy for your fertile and infertile days
  • Bluetooth + App // {my absolute favorite feature of Daysy} Daysy connects to the Daysyview App via Bluetooth. Daysy stores all my temperature readings, in the event I forget to sync the app, I am able to sync another time.
