A Positive and Healthy Lifestyle

Negativity consumes and drains our body.

In order to live a healthy and positive life, we have to remove anything negative from our space. Eliminate all toxic aspects of our life. De clutter and reevaluate ourselves, ask ourselves what makes us happy.

Happiness starts from within.

Allow our minds to break down every part of our life and figure out what is something we can do daily to impose a positive effect on ourselves. Positivity is an essential part of our daily lives, when we propose our minds of positive thoughts, the outcome becomes positive.

There’s at least one thing in our daily lives that we can change to improve ourselves for a more productive and positive day. The smallest things like turning a negative conversation into a positive one, instead of gossiping with our friends, we need to eliminate ourselves from that negative space and focus on something positive.
 Unplug and unwind. . . Take some time to appreciate some of the positive things going on in our life. Removing ourselves from social media for a few days and focusing on what is happening around us can definitely help. Put our phones down and spend quality time with our loved ones. Be present in the moment.

Be the change you want to see in the world. 

It’s so easy to get caught up in the things we want in life, that we ignore the things we already have. We may not be where you want to be in life but sit back and look at how far we’ve come today. Our journey is not over, it has just begun. Admire the small steps, while we work towards the larger ones.

A positive mind truly is the start to a positive, more influential life.

A few things I’ve done personally to help build a positive mindset. . .
* Set goals for myself {daily, weekly, and monthly}
* Create and focus on a self-care routine
* Think about the positive aspects of my life {what makes me happy}
* Meditate for at least 10 mins every morning
* Appreciate my progress
* Journal my thoughts and feelings each day
* Write down daily affirmations that I connect with
* Doing what makes me happy

Everyday is a day given to us to build and grow, how we spend those days are solely up to us. Set some time aside and focus on creating a positive space for you.

REMEMBER: A healthy life, is a positive life.
